ITO Ventures
Insurtech Orlando is launching a startup accelerator program (ITO Ventures) to help foster innovation in the space. The current venture capital market is in a downturn as valuation multiples have been compressed and deal flow for seed rounds has slowed. These environments typically lead to innovation booms as they create a situation where only high quality startups which can efficiently allocate capital will survive and succeed over time.
ITO Ventures will operate as a hybrid incubator with remote and in-person events to help grow insurtech startups with a unique approach of helping open the right doors to help them acquire customers. ITO’s partner network will help advise the startups on product improvement and introduce them to carrier/wholesale partners as potential clients along with investment partners for potential capital raises or acquisitions.
